Which Bilstein jack is correct for '72? How's it different than a VW jack?
I'm looking for a correct jack for my car. I see "Porsche" Bilstein jacks selling for $100 on Ebay. A "VW" Bilstein jack might bring $10. I honestly can't tell the difference. Is there a difference other than the VW logo?
The photo in my owner's manual shows a jack with two places for the handle. I assume one is for up and one is for down.

I believe the difference is that the VW jacks dont have a handle built in, you have to use the double-sided socket with the bar to raise and lower the car..
I've got a spare jack for a 74 if you need one, btw.. |

Jared - Does it look like this? If so, I'd be interested.
