i may drop by... i'll be out in the canyons from 7am... that is, if the permamaroon that is coming tomorrow from ebay works.
[edit: my potted permatune crapped out and i got an affordable unpotted replacement that was supposedly working when removed from its previous vehicle. this was the quickest way to get back on the road.]

Well, if it's a Permamaroon, why are you getting it?
(He's talking about a Permatune, folks. I almost didn't get it.) ![]() |

I'm going to Vegas this weekend... Is that worthy enough as an excuse for not going on the run?

I'm still a definite maybe but would be much more definite in the S4 than the 914.
Hmmm...I have never tried the GIAC "race" chip for the S4 sitting in my cabinet. Unfortunately it needs 100oct which just went up to 4.59 from 4.25 @ the local 76. But it would be a worthy goodbye toast to the S-03's on the car...which are 98.5% toasted already.

If I can get my '73 on a CO tester and tweak the CIS, I'll be there.
BTW, some poor soul ran off Piuma Road this morning and fell 500 feet, so it's best to run this part of the world well within your limits...

Thanks for the photo credit. I prefer the post-PhotoShop version.
