Question Need a little engine room help

Hi

Can anyone take a look at the pic below, and tell me what hose I am missing that connects where the red arrow is drawn to that large round opening coming off the fan shroud, and where it is supposed to go ?

Thanks in advance,

Todd

Through the engine tin to the heater duct on the heat exchanger. It is your heat.

Hi

Thanks for the help, my car does not have heat, the PO took put on a aftermarket exhaust and it uses the open tube design headers, any idea on what else I could use this for?

just make sure it's plugged up or you loose cooling
the right side has a blocking plate , but the left side doesn't

unless it's plugged inside the socket , the fan will blow through that hole , instead off blowing over your heads and cyllinders

PP sells block off plates
you have the right one , migt get the left one , not expensive
made out of plastic , see the one on my engine

all you need to do is unbolt the old hot air socket
drill a hole in the new plastic one
and bolt it in place
