I'm shopping for my first 911 and could use some help coming up with a value for this car:

$4500 - $6000. He's done lots of work - but for a roller I wouldnt pay any more than that

seats, fuel cell, cage, fg fenders, clean rust free and treated chassis ,wheels , rebuilt 915, an all the trim...

that's still a lot of kit... 4 K paint job and some form of engine 10K for a 3.0 or something similar, not to wild , can be more depending on your needs and your done

you'de spend a lot of time and money to get an SC to the same level as this roller

20K total price is still cheap
for a very nice track beast

EDIT + some change for an oil cooler and plumbing
hell , if i had the cash , i'de probably be bidding on this car

What are you going to do with it? If you want it street legal, you will need a 3.0 or a later engine in it, keeping all the fuel injection and smog stuff on the engine.

If it will be a pure track car, it's different. Remember though, it's fun to drive to the ax for the day instead of trailering it.
