It’s a vicious circle
Don, any updates on this 911?

The Best of both worlds, The 1st Backdated 964 begins.
Wow…It’s hard believe… At his time in 2004, 20 damn years ago!
I came up with this concept idea to do. It was in March of 2004!
The idea was to do a back date conversation on the 964 chassis platform and converting it to a steel long hood 911 RSR look Porsche.
So…I bought a white 1990 Porsche 964 C4 donor out of Texas for the project in 2004. $12k!
The “C4 RSR” was finished in July 2005. The rest is history!
I sold it in 2006 for $50,000 and started the second one!
This little ole Porsche shop in the hills of Tennessee started a whole new Porsche thing and industry! It even had a great article in Excellence, magazine in the April 2007 edition. Also in RetroMod magazine a few years later. Pictures for both articles were taken by Zac Mayne.
I’m not the one that got rich or famous off of it.
But… I am… flattered and gratified that so many copied my concept and continue to do so! “I am your Father”
One thing we can say! We were the 1st and are the longest manufacture… of them! To date!
We are just so blessed to be able to do what we do, and that’s something that we truly love doing!!!
So if anyone wants one… Please give us a shout!
We just got finished with our latest one!
It’s a 91 C2 RSR 3.8L named “BlackDate”.
We have come along way too! It’s been a hell of a ride and we ain’t done yet!😉
Please ck out what we have doing and current projects.

Brings back memories!

It's zany to think how cheap 964's were back then-heck pretty much all Porsches and parts too.
