How many varieties of engine bay fuse panel covers are there? What year does this fit?

Went to 20th Street Auto today with CUL8R. One of the items on my list was the wing nuts for my fuse panel cover. I found a nice cover with a round fasteners. It was different than the new one I bought, but appeared to be original so I bought it. I THINK the car was a '73.

When I went to put it on my '72 I found that the mounting holes don't line up. On my car they are offset a bit where these are lined up. It this cover and fasteners unique to '73?

I am pretty sure this is the earliest edition, sometime very late 70 or for sure the 71 model yr when they went to using a cover. Which was I believe determined by the little tab they welded to the underside of the fender in the engine bay for the top screw mount.

Though this is not something that is addressed in Dr. Johnson's 911 book.

I will buy it from you if you are interested in selling it.

Thanks

Smile Fuse cover

Lee,

If boxster03 doesn't buy this cover,I would like to take it off your hands.
Failing that, could you give me the address or preferable e mail of the place you bought it from pls.
I have been looking for one of these on the Early S site for some time now but with no result.

Cheers,
Dennis.

That's the same as the one on my '71.
