how does a rocker delete look like on an SC while keeping the stock bumpers?

I like the look of early cars, I'm just worried it could look too squeezed in the middle

If you haven't already, try a search. This same question has been asked before.

Most people that see my car with them off comment "it looks like something is missing". They look better on the car IMO

If you take the time to fill in the holes and fix the paint, decent I think...'79 SC without the stock bumpers.

Engineers now know what a car should be shaped like for maximum air handling. Unfortunately, it looks like a cross between a wedge and a brick. NASCAR cars have side skirts that go down nearly to the ground, and this is for an aerodynamic reason. But again, to me, it makes them look like a brick.

The cars of yesteryear had sides that were more like an airplane fuselage. This is the appearance I prefer, for aesthetic reasons. I'm off my rockers. Or something like that. My rockers are off, I guess I should say. To me, it looks much nicer.
