Clean out your tubes
I used gas and pipe cleaners. It's messy. Then i let the parts air and dry out before putting everything back in. I cleaned up the tank with a wire wheel 'cos it had a small amount of corrosion on the seams and then painted it with some high temp paint.

new nylon bushings are a good idea
good time to clean up the body where it all mounts and then put some wax there to make it easier to clean for the next year or two. new rubber or clean the old top it off with a new cap for that stock bling look

I extracted the oil tank from my coupe... I cannot believe how unbeleivable filthy it is... outside...
I'm going to clean it up and transplant it into Stinky. Any tips?
