Cant get #6 spark plug wire in.
81 SC new wires but cant seem to get #6 to get on the plug?
Feels like an ant in an elephant! is there a trick to this? Help please!! |

You just need to put in the wire stright check how the plug tool atach to the plug and then you will have a clear idea of what I'm talking about

Take the spark plug out and make sure that you took the metal cap off the end of the spark plug.

Hi!
I bought some of the Clewett Engineering wires and had a miserable time with one of the wires. I used a mirror and light to look into the plug area and noticed that the tip of the plug came off. I ended up using some hose/tube (1/2-3/4 Inch) taped to my vacuum cleaner to suck the part out. I screwed the tip back on (tight) and haven't had a problem since!! So, to answer your question depends on the type of wires you have. Brad
