what tool do you use to cut/notch front bumper?
trying to put some notches into the bumper to allow more air to flow to a carrera oil cooler. it laughed at the carbide coated recipricating saw blade, with nary a scratch. how did you guys do it?

super zoomy home depot die grinder w/lots of air pressure from compressor should do the trick! lots of flavors avail. for thickness of wheels.

Was at the Sovern races at Pacific Raceway yesterday. Talked to one competitor what had used a "hole saw". He had 3 or 4 2 inch holes on each side......Looked OK...

I cut mine with a jig saw with a metal cutting blade.

A rotary cutting tool with a metal cutting bit ought to do the job.
