Ok maybe you misunderstood but ssis are headers with heat so they get eaqul length flow. But enough of this pissing match it is wasting eachother time it is what it is and that is all. My car is not as high performance and never will be.
NOW back on topic look what just showed up at the shop!!!!!!!!! This should help But will have to increase boost pressure for the pressure loss through it. I think it will work well.. ![]()

As for the rest of us who don't have 498 rwhp and countless sleepless nights invested, I feel we have the right to contribute to discussions like these from a future client perspective. |

Bob - love your new car
Ben - Looks great - everything Yerman - You could probably teach a class on Turbo charging a 911 - why not offer some helpful suggestions instead of the alternative. - Please. For the record - I have seen some silly numbers come out of early turbos - the 3.0 version - and I have seen some silly numbers come out of 2.5l 4 cylinders too. Lots of possibilities out there. I'd also recommend that anybody who is interested in turbocharging anything should pick up the book Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. - It's a good read in terms almost everybody can understand.

![]() I responded to many questions over the years and it didn't make me money, why should I help someone trying to make money on my experience. 2.3l 4 cylinder. http://media.ams-evo8.com/videos/floridaturbo/FloridaTurbo.wmv I teach cooking classes, not Porsche turbo 101. I only know what I have experienced.

I am very familiar with AMS tuned and the evo8 - maybe the best prepared EVO in the country - not asking for you to give away secrets
![]() You are a good guy - I've seen some of the advice you have given in the past and it's been on the money. Bens a good guy too - just trying to help out the guys that can't afford the promotive set up - and maybe need a little less boost - Of course boost is like crack - before long they will all be figuring out how to get more - and that is where I think a system like what promotive has comes into play. It's like the $8,000 911 - it'll be a $20,000 car before too long, just depends on how you want to spend it...

nice,
I will figure it out its not rocket science! Just aluminum and its the bar style core Anyhow the Ic looks to be well built probably the same cores as used in the more expensive models just this is probably made overseas. I am going to go over it with a bore scop and check out the inside and then pressure test it but it should work well.

Yerman, I don't know you at all but must say I'm not impressed with you other than your car rocks. If your not interested in helping on this issue (as you mentioned), I would suggest not participating at all. My mom told me when I was young not to say anything if I couldn't say anything nice (or at least constructive).
In short, I'm finished with you interupting this great thread. GET OUT! Seriously, get out of the participation with this topic. No offense, I just think you acting like a dic.

![]() If it's not completely obvious to you already (I'm sure it is), the only people who seem to find issue with your approach are the ones who have affiliation with a company that offers turbo kits. Seems to me that they need to figure out a kit that can be sold in the same intended price range as yours before they start taking shots at it. Constructive criticism is one thing, but to make negative comments and then not be willing to substantiate those comments is pretty low class if you ask me.

FUD
Fear, uncertainty and doubt From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (Redirected from Fud) Fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) is a sales or marketing strategy of disseminating negative (and vague) information on a competitor's product. The term originated to describe misinformation tactics in the computer hardware industry and has since been used more broadly. FUD is a manifestation of the appeal to fear. FUD has also come to mean frustrate, undermine and demoralize.
