Hi,
I have a 993 targa. Recently I have some "heating" problems If I turn the temperature button to the right ( maximum ) and I start the blower, I get hot air, which is normal. If I turn the temperature to the left ( minimum ) and I start the blower, I also get hot air, which is not normal. If I start the arconditioning, I still have hot air from the vents, except for the left vent next to the steering wheel ( the one between the steering wheel and the drivers' window ), which blows ice-cold air. So I have 1 vent bowing cold, and the other 3 vents are blowing hot. I mean HOT, not just warm. Does anyone have an idea what causes this and how I can fix it ? Thx Werner |

On an older model it would most likely be the vents jammed open on the heat exchangers.

He only made this one post, and that was back in 2006. I don't think you'll get a reply.
