Did you take a look at this thread referenced above: Gratuitous pics of Carrera heater backdate...

The third pic at the beginning of that thread shows the only two pieces that you need on the left side in the engine compartment (for a 3.2 ONLY). On page two, there is a pic from the underside of my car showing the heat tube that connects to the two stock heat exchangers. Hope this helps...

Hi Keith,

The 2 pieces I need are the plastic attached to the fan and the hose. Is this correct? Can you tell me the part number of the plastic? cause i think the other thread already specified the part# for the hose

Thanks, and yes for a Carrera, you only need those two pieces. I believe the piece is referred to as the "left side hot air duct", and the one I have is metal, and is the OEM 930 turbo part. It's not cheap (if you buy it new), so you might want to locate a used one, or use of of the alternatives mentioned in that thread (i.e. Thom's fiberglass part, or a John Walker modified stock part).
