Help Lost Locking Lug Nut Socket
I have always been so careful not loose the locking lug nut socket key for my locking lug nuts, that I am totally embarrassed to say that I have permanently misplaced it. Before I go to the extremes of brutalizing them or heli-arcing nuts to the ends of the locking lugs, I thought I would see if anybody can identify the manufacture of these locking lug nuts and or a contact. I am not even sure that if identified I can get a replacement socket key. As you can see, there are notches at the base of the locking nuts that the key socket fits onto. This pattern must vary with in manufacture to prevent theft. Thanks ![]()

A large specialty tire/wheel store may like have a master or exact fit socket. Might be worth a drive over.

Are these factory? You can ask your dealer since they have the complete collection of factory lock sockets. That is another good rason to get factory locks.

I just swung by the local dealer and it turns out the locking lug nuts are Porsche and the master socket set works. New master on order and lockers in hand.
A PO that did things right, lucky me. Don, let's run Marshall / Petaluma some day. Thanks all.

if it's factory there should be a small sticker in the glove box lid with the code for the wheel locks

Well I've miss placed my lugnut lock socket and the dealership's master set didn't contain it either. In fact none fo the shops around here do. So I kinds screwed myself. Hopefully it will turn up.
djdsc, Your's looks like a factor version from my experience three days ago at the Porsche dealership.
