Slantnose square headlight question.

I am ready to purchase some sqaure headlight for my slantnose. I always thought it's 6 x 4 but I found that there is also 6.5 x 4. This makes me wonder enough to take a measument of my headlight.

My headlight is the Seal Beam 2A1 and measured to be 6.25 x 4. It has the aluminum ring around it. I know this ring will make me have to buy the exact size. If it's not exact size, then the ring won't fit on it.

Any thought?

These are what I found:

I thought the Slant (at least an "original") had round head lights...

Factory Slantnose cars had the round headlights. Aftermarket conversions had the rectangular style.

motors commonly used for the conversion slant noses come from early RX -7's the relays get shorted out due to the relays being installed upside down allowing water to seep in. a dollop of silicone along the edges helps somewhat along with the rubber boot over the plug
