why don't you just stick antique tags on it and be done with emissions and inspections. That is what I did with mine!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not every state allows this! Arizona does not have this option yet.

Right Joe. I do have the AZ Historic Vehicle plate on my car but all that gives me is a snappy copper plate (actually pretty heavy) instead of one of the other dozen or so plates that we can use here. Emissions is still required except with this new law. Now it will be interesting to see how they decide to institute this law, they could tie it to the use of a special plate type or they could just make you provide proof of your collector car insurance and its mileage limitations. I will find out soon because mine comes due in Feb.

Let me know as this is something that I need to work out. Might change things if I do not need a cat on the car anymore.
