How many 915's with LSD?
Just wondering What percentage of 915's have a limited slip differential. Was this very common?
If you have more than one 915 tranny, you can choose more than one answer. ![]() Thanks for Voting! ![]()

Not sure how accurate this is... So far 100+ viewers and only 14 voters.
Anyone have an educated guess as to the percentage of LSD's out their? I'm thinking mechanics, club members, long time owners, etc. must have some idea.

I don't know but a WAG based on what i've seen over the years would be < 20%, when I was considering what to do w/ my C3, lsd equipped trans were rarely available.

Why would you need it unless you were pushing some serious power thru the rear wheels. If you have a stock engine I would think you wouldn't need this done. I would like to hear if it makes a huge difference at the track. i don't think it would be needed for a street car.

Added an OEM one to my 2.7RS clone. Big improments in autocross times, decent improvement on the track too.

I didn't want to impose, but it would be really great if you could post some data. EDIT: The poll is fun, but I have a feelin' it's not very well done (on my part). I think those with LSDs may vote more readily than those without. Thanks!
