Pick the oldest, gnarliest little key place you can find in your area, they'll be able to do it.
I took the one key I got with my '76 to a little shop in Pasadena and the guy there worked on it awhile, hand filing, fitting, etc to get it to fit just right since my "original" was pretty worn. He got it to fit/work just right. I think it was about $25 for two or three keys and lubing/cleaning my door locks. I think the place was Pasadena Lock & Key on Walnut Ave. Good luck, Dan

Or send it to the expert in old Porsche keys. He has the original cutting tools.

Yep, I bought the key blank here and took it to the local carwash that has a shack in the corner with the big "KEYS" sign. Think it cost me $5 and 5 minutes to get it cut.

For my money Tony Euganeo is one of the best and is well known. He has the original keys and can repair the lighted keys.

I took a blank bought from our host to Ace hardware along with the original. Done.
