Weber 40 Rebuild Question

Is it possible to remove these tubes? One of mine is bent and I would like to straighten or replace it while they are apart (This picture isn't my carb).

It got bent pretty bad in shipping so I'm affraid it will be kinked pretty bad if I try to straighen it.

Is there any way to remove and replace them?

Can you find a rod that is the same diameter as the inner diameter and gently tap it in? Silicone or oil so it comes out easily. Never tried it just a thought.

It is not able to be removed easily as it is burred over underneath the base.It is only a breather it wont kink & as long as the air cleaner base will go back on it can be bent a little & will work fine.Cheers
