I have used SO3s for several years but switched last fall to the Hankook RS2's. I'm very pleased.

Thanks for the input and links to the websites. Right now we are under about 8 inches of snow on the east side of Cleveland. We had been blessed with a mild winter until last night. The car is primarily a weekend driver although I plan on a DE or when the weather improves.

I ran the Hankook RS2's at the track on Wed., and they were great! Very predictable tire!! I'd highly recommend them for daily driver/occasional DE use.
I'm running 225/45 & 245/45's on 8&9x16's. ![]()

Man, I envy you So Cal guys. Right now it is 21 degress with light snow here in Cleveland. Thanks for the update on the tires. After going back and forth between several tires including Honkook's, Avon M500s, Falkens and RE 750s, I pulled the trigger on the Avons. Good price and reviews on Tirerack.

Let us know how the Avon's work out!
Don't be too jealous... When the pics above were taken, it was a balmy 41 degrees... It was 15 degrees at 7am when the track opened...
