First Project
I got home after midnight last night after attending the Rolex 24 in Daytona and my new wheel was on the porch. This thing is great compared to old cracked four spoke. I haven't got the crest yet, but I read somewhere how to flush fit the crest on the horn pad. Anyone ever done this?

Looks good, John!
I did the same upgrade and added the hood crest from our host. I just took a dremel to the post on the back of the crest and affixed the crest to the horn pad with a few dabs of silicone glue (don't overdo it!). It's been looking great for six or seven years now.

John,
Looks really nice. Where did you get it? I am currently looking for exact the same one. |

nah, You heat up the leather with a hair dryer, Pull the leather off and drill a hole the size of the post in the very center. Install the crest and trace around it and then you use the dremel to cut where you traced. You cut out about 1/8th deep. Get some spray on glue and reglue the leather then install the crest with a little silcone Comes out looking like it came from the factory.
