Routing the front door speaker wires

I´ve in a process of uprating the front speakers of my ´86 911 to later spec with separate tweeters.
Everything has gone smoothly so far, but routing the wires seems to be a bit of a problem.
I´m trying to route the new (thicker OFC) wire along the original ones, but I can´t figure out how to get at the original loom around the A-post area. Is there a trick to do this, preferably without remowing the door?

TIA, Mika

I recently replaced the front speakers and came across the same problem. Hopefully, the original speaker wires are still in your door. If they are, attach the newer wires to the old one and pull it through the door into the dash area.

Put the crossovers in the door and run them off the stock wires, at the other end run the stock wires to the radio or amp.
I hope this helps.
