				Jammed Targa Top - Help

I decided to drive to San Diego today, took the top off for the ride home...rain of course. I stopped and hastily put the Targa top back on in the rain, and I jammed it. The right side will buckle, etc, but the left (driver's side) the lever swings with no resistance and I can't get the top out, the left lever doesn't do anything right now. It's not buckled...heaven knows it was noisy driving home, but can't seem to unlosen it. I DON'T WANT TO BEND IT...HELP!!

Have you tried turning the latch to the unlocked position and then pushing down on the top and then trying to latch it? If that doesn't work, call Dan Pechtel. He's the Targa top guru. www.carsinc-nj.com

Actually, the pin fell out of the latch lever, sticking it in it's safe buckle mode. Took a screwdriver and opened and reassy'd.
