Unhappy variation of the engine timing and 5000 rpm max, carrera 1985

Please help me, i have a 911 carrera 1985, the engine was run perfectly, i change de clutch, and when we put back de engine is fail, because i cant get the same stability of the engine and i cant go further than 5000 rpm, someone knows why?

Check all your hoses, and clamps for a vaccume leak. Make sure the throttle is going to wide open. And relax, it is something minor. You will find it.
