Heat Exchanger bolt help needed -where to buy them as well

Ok,

I have had an exhaust leak for a month or so and wanted to fix it.

So I get all six nuts off no problem using the heat method. I go to put the equipment back on and break a stud while tightning the nuts. So I decide to heat the broken stud and it backs right out, awesome right!, Since it was so easy I decide that I want to pull all of them. I get 2 off with no hitch its the 3rd one that snaps about 1/4 away from the block. I have messed with it for a little bit, but wanted to ask for you guys help.

1. What is the best method for pulling one out that is 1/4 away from the block? I am using a MAP torch and don't want to warp anything (maybe not possible just precatious). I know I could drill it, but I would really rather avoid that if possible.

2.Where can I get these besides the dealer (out of stock) and here (would like to finish this by Monday)?
Is it a standard grade stud I can pick up at Home depot?

I found some for my '72 at Ace Hardware. There's a drawer in the "metric" section of the hardware aisle called "automotive studs". Go figure.

I don't know if my HE studs are the same size as yours, though.

They're std. 8.8 property class M8 x 1.25 pitch. I too got my replacement studs at Ace Hardware. Perfect size/exact match.
