well well, so glad to find this...after quite a pause...here we go...funny, i just saw my car, this ruby red classic... in another thread, the one for pics of all 911 G's, from almost 10 years ago...so cool...anyway,

i've got some work to do over the winter months, oh, and it has the 'linen' interior, a little drab?, or, just not very standoutish, but clean... owhatacar...

Though this thread is a little dated, I would love to say, NICE cars GREAT color. I am posting my new (first) 1983 SC. I have become addicted to Pelicans BBS. I found this car on the web. Your correct. Ebbe... I contacted the seller as I found out later, the hype and ill will about purchasing from this company. I did get treated well though and realized I was purchasing "as is". Like any purchase do your homework. Honestly, I just wanted the car. Must have been the color. FYI, I never name my vehicles never. This one though I named "Ruby". Here are a few pictures of my pride.

Don't know what the point is? Ruby has been a color offered for over 50 years, and it's changed a bit over the years.
