Question How do I get Power Mirror Wires through and up into the Door?

Well, as I was putting the wiring harness for the power mirrors into the car, I snaked the wires (that plug into the mirror and the toggle switch) from the luggage compartment to the outside of the driver's door. Now, how do I get those wires and push them into the door and push them up to the mirror? I see that the wires for the power windows are going through one of the three openings near the bottom of the door, so how am I supposed to take each power mirror wire, one by one, and push it in and up through the door? Do I need to take off the door panel? TIA
Here is a photo with what I'm dealing with:

use a coat hanger from the top and down through the hole the wires need to come into, bend the end of the coat hanger into a hook and pull the wires up into position. Im pretty sure the wires have to be fed throught the same place as your power window wires. My car has manual windows.

you know the door has to come off. remove just the pins and have a buddy hold the door so the paint doesn't get chipped.

Just got one mirror complete . I ended up taking the door panel off and reaching my hand through the speaker hole and grabbing the wires with a coat hanger wire. Thanks for the suggestions though!
