I tend to look at cars like buying a troubled company. Figure out what you want, look at what you have, and sell everything you don't need. It's often easy to free up a lot of cash and liberate yourself to build what you want.

Oh man, you have been looking at my property... I have a lot easier time picking up things I like than I have getting rid of them...

Aside from the list in my sig, I also still have my first car, a 62 Impala SS. I also recently picked up a project for the wife, a 67 Camaro RS/SS. Plus I have a DRZ400S for riding back and fourth and kicking around in the dirt... I am one of those car poor guys..
