Early Front Sway Bar Question
I'm putting a new set of Koni Reds in my 69T, and since it doesn't have sway bars, I'm going to put in a front bar while I'm in there. The rear bar is a later project since I have to have the mounts and ball studs for the control arms welded in.
I have a set of 15mm front and rear bars, but I also have an early 11mm front bar. If I'm only going to be running a front bar for a while, should I use the 11mm and upgrade to the 15mm when I add the rear bar, or just start off with the 15mm first? I'll be running a mid setting on the Konis if that matters. Any advice/experience welcomed.

Dave; Factory calls for 13mm if front only and 15 if both F&R. I'm not sure if bushings are available under 15mm

I'd suggest installing the 15mm front bar. It'll add some understeer to counteract the tail happy rear end if/when you approach 7/10ths. Don't forget to adjust the tire pressures, with or without the sway bar(s).
