Toad Hall Klassic
Was great seeing everyone again. Here are a few pictures from the Klassic. Was a great time. Peter and Paul thank you for putting it together and the ride. I have a 5 minute video of the 'run' after lunch. You can actually see the (F'ing), sand hitting my windshield! I'll see if I can post here tomorrow. As you know the front of my car is trashed, patina? Maybe I can join R Gruppe now
 Jack, let me know the next DE your and Mile are doing with the SCDA. Would love to join you guys.

Great turn out guys, should have been called "The Big Chill", I'm still trying to thaw out. Some great roads, a good way to start the season. Thank you PeterS and Buck for leading the charge.

Those pics bring up memories of a few years back when I was living in MA (pre-kids). What a great time. Great looking group of cars. I have never cared much for Targas, but that blue one could change my mind.

964 Progress
Been working on the 964 C2 Coupe that I bought a month or so ago, and am pleased to note that my son & I have completed the following projects:
Replaced the oil line to the tank last weekend. PITA, but no leaks and all the new hose clamps are still shiny & dry Replaced the old Pagids with Hawk HPS street pads--much quieter, less dust. Had EPE reset ride height, align, corner-balance and replace dizzy belt last week Replaced sunroof wind deflector last night--actually, we didn't have to take anything out, as the old one was MIA) Replaced shift linkage bushings And prolly more stuff that I am forgetting... Now on to getting gauge bulbs.

I am still waiting for the odo gears and the gauge bulbs to arrive. Hoping they get here tomorrow. If they don't, who needs a speedometer?

Odo gears & bulbs arrived yesterday. I installed them and tested them quickly last night, prior to doing the full reassembly. So far, all looks good! Off to the garage for the final work, clean her up and out for a drive!!

Now that summer vacation travel has ended, there's a bit more time for driving. Anyone interested in a SE MA, Cape, or RI Coastal drive this weekend?

Next Sat AM I would be up for a drive on the mainland side of the Cape: Plymouth, carver, Rochester. Marion, Wareham there are some nice roads that connect the towns well.
It's about 2 hours of driving. Kinda my sat, morning routine. rain or shine its a good run.

I might be able to swing that. Where would we plan to meet? Maybe at the Wareham Crossing Mall (exit 21 from 195, go north 150 yards or so, then turn left into mall lot), in front of Longhorn Steakhouse?
