WEVO coupler install question.
ok installing the coupler is a no brainer, well it turned out not to be. Right now I have male end of the wevo coupler pushed to far into the female end of the "shifter shaft", so now I can't line up the holes for the set screw on the other shaft and the female end on the "shifter shaft" is way to tight to get the male end of the coupler out. So does anyone have any input or experience on what the hell i should do.
Thanks, Rich

The coupler is a tight fit, you need to open up the hole in the shift rod slightly. I used a large screwdriver in the slot. Of course it's advisable to do this before you install it
![]() I think your best bet is to spray it with penetrating oil and try and tap it back out of the shift rod. Good luck!
