Porsche Crest Need Part # Help!!!!

Hi guys, I need some with some Fuchs Part #s (to find out the size) and an Springplate part #.

The Fuch # is 911 361 020

The other number is pictured.

Need the last 2 numbers, the first 9 apply to a number of wheels.

Are you sure it isn't 94 instead of 04? I can't find anything on 04.
