Just replaced front SR seal. How do I access rear one?

How do you get to the back of the sliding roof panel to glue the seal on?

I replaced those seals before, but it was a long time ago, and other sunroof repairs kind of blend in my memory.

But I think I was able to just pull the old seal out, carefully put some glue on the panel, and push the new seal in place, while the sunroof was in the closed position.

But if not, it's very (surprisingly) easy to remove the sunroof panel.
