Should I install the bump steer kit?
I am about to have the turbo tie rod kit installed. Should I have the bump steer kit installed at the same time?
Ride height on my car is 25.5 front, 25 rear. |

I doubt you need it with that ride hight, but difficult to say for sure.

Look at your tie-rod angles.
If they are not level at your current ride height and angle upward from the steering rack to the steering arms, install the rack spacer kit.

If you need it, do it at the same time - you'll be in there anyway.
I put one onto my SC along with the turbo rods and it made an amazing difference in the car. Much nicer to drive now.

I tell most of my customers with your ride height to install BSK. Of course, most of my customers are running an 1/8th inch toe out in front, so it stand to reason that they'll have more need for it.

The toe out is preferred by lots of driers for additional low speed stability and response when cornering. The down side is toe out almost always guarantees instability in the 80-100 range and bump steer. The bump steer kit helps alleviate the bump steer, but not the high speed instability.
For customers going higher speeds, alignment corrections are required.
