What can I do?

I just bought a 1968 Porsche 911 S what could i do to make it faster and just nicer. It is great condition but i think i should replace the exhaust, and the top part inside the car it has 2 rips on it.

Nice Car. Cool look.

How do you want to use your car? Cruiser, track days, autocross, etc.

The most cost effective thing you can do is attend a few Autocross or track days. You will find your car is very competent in stock form.

As far as perfomance upgrades, you are only limited by your desire and wallet. spend some time here to get a sense of what you can do before you put down your hard earned dollars.

Can you post a couple of pics of the engine? I bet its a later engine? Also you have a right and left AC, the right side is a little hard to reach from the drivers seat, but you can lean across and twist the little chrome encased lever and rotate the glass air deflector. You should be able to do some forced 110 f air into the cockpit.

Wow, that's a really nice looking hot rod. Does that say $9900 on the windshield? What a score if it does.

My suggestion is that you read as much as you can on this website, there are a number of people here that know a shocking amount about these cars. There are plenty of ways to increase the performance, forced induction being only one. What engine do you currently have in there?

Welcom to Pelican!
