Porsche Crest Tie Rod End Question

I'm in the process of completing a brake upgrade on my '81 SC including caliper rebuild & paint & rotor/pad replacement. Found one of my turbo tie rod ends shot. I was able get it disconnected from the arm, but I can't seem to get enough leverage with a wrench to hold the rod still to unscrew the end.

Does anyone have any suggestions to loosen the end? Any tools that would help?

there's a recess on the rod where 12mm open wrench snugs... if it is seized, grab the tie rod end side with a channel lock and twist. apply heat if stubborn...
