brake problem with 911
I have a 911 sc 1980 and having problems with the brake pressure.
Replaced the front calipers hade it rebuild - replaced main brake cylinder bleed the whole system and still have no brake pressure on the pedal. What do i have to do?

Bleed the entire brake system starting with the right rear, then left rear, front right and then front left. hopefully you will get all the air out.

How did you bleed the system - foot power or with a pressure bleeder? Did you bench bleed the master cylinder before install?
Have you installed the calipers the right way? If you switch left with right, the bleed nipples will end up pointing down, not bleeding air out of the calipers. Yes, this happens! ![]() George |
