targa project before and after (so far)

I just started on a new project. I bought a half done targa with all the parts to put back together and I'm cleaning, painting and puting back together here is some of the progress so far. Let me know what you think

Looks like dirty work with good results. Tell us more about the project. One good thing about these light weight 911's is great gas mileage. Pump the tires up to 32 psi front and rear and you'll reach 30 MPG.

you did an excellent job on cleaning and painting your wheelwell. What did you use to clean? What paint, etc.? more pix...Im right in the middle of doing this to my 71E.

I'll have some more pictures of the front, hopefully by monday.

Al, for cleanning I used a strong degreaser and recoated with Wurth water base undercoating, it is applied with a special air gun and they sell them in cans, it gives you a very close to original finish

The front is done and the shocks are cleaned painted and installed

I like the fact that you can move it around and it works great for engine drops
