there have been numerous posted issues with PAS over time... they are up the street from me and I'll probably use someone else to fix the glass on my gauge. Seems like a classic case of business grew to a size that could not be mannaged by the originators.. or something like that.

I had a bad time with Palo Alto....they sent my back the WRONG clock and when I call and told them so they said to prove it!! ( my clock had my name written on the back ) I had to send them photos of the correct clock...also very bad attitude

+1 for North Hollywood Speedometer. I asked them to work on a replacement speedometer to get it to activate my speed control system. This turned out to be a complex issue which didn't work after 2 attempts. They diagnosed and replaced electronic and mechanical components until I was satisfied. They charged me only for their incremental repairs for a cumulative bill which was fair. Throughout, they communicated well, with clear explanations of what they did, including technical details, and their work was immediate each time.

I had Palo Alto convert my 85 mph to 150mph speedometer a couple of years ago and it took almost 2 months. Same run arounds as others have described. They did a nice job but it was a painful experience. I would not use them again.
