Warm up reg questions Help!
So It looks like the 1980SC USA warm up regulator/valve might be specific to the year. Anyone with knowlege in this area? I have an opportunity to buy a new WUR that is a few years old (never used) but I cannot be absolutely sure it will work for my application. anyone know the differences and what will work with my SC?
thanks Chris

If you are running the O2 sensor system you should be using WUR Bosch no 0 438 140 072. If, like me, you are not, then you can use one from another year, as long as the control pressure curve works for you.
Earlier years provide for WOT enrichment via a vacuum line, which the O2 engines do not need or have, since the control unit provides for this.
