Cab top frame value

I posted this question in the marketplace forum, but after 100+ views, no replies yet...

I have two complete top assemblies I am trying to make a decision on purchasing to replace my whole top with. Both of the ones I am looking at are in reportedly very good condition. Some of you undoubtedly have seen my other thread with respect to this decision. So here is my question for this part of the deal...

If I do buy one of those tops, I will be replacing the entire top and frame assy on my 83. That means I will have a 1983 manual top frame, complete, but needing a new canvas - and possibly, needing new latches (still not sure about that part yet). I have been searching the archives and have seen a few for sale here and there, but seems most were with a good top. I am trying to figure out a FMV for this frame, should I get one of the other ones today.
