Because of the amount of ground off material on the number boss, that appears to be someone's idea of a number. 930/36 indicates a 4-speed Turbo trans (1985-'88), but the rest of it I can't help with. The "2" might be half of a "12", which would indicate that the diff is equipped with LSD (Limited Slip Diff).

Thanks for the info Pete, the literature I have also confirms that a 930/36 is from a '85-'88 turbo. It doesn't appear to be LSD, when turning the output flange on one side the other side rotates in the opposite direction. In any case I don't need it for the project I'm doing, so I will list it in the parts for sale section. Any idea on value?
Matt
