Are the 2.7 the 3.0 and 3.2 engine tins the same?
I am looking to buy a complete set of cooling tins, for use on a 3.6(they will have to be modified). But I need a set to modify.
I can find 2.7l tins....are they the same as the 3.0?

The ones between the cylinders? They will all physically interchange. There were, however, some improvements made on the later sets that might be worthwhile. The vertical panes between the cylinders (just on the inboard sides, like between 1 & 2, 2 & 3, etc. - not the forwardmost or rearmost) have a long vertical notch removed, and there is a long piece that blocks the non-finned area at the cylinder bases. These changes are supposed to help cooling. You can cut the vertical notch with a pair of tin snips, and find the additional piece at the cylinder bases pretty easily. That would make the 2.7 pieces identical to the later.
