wheel stud patterns

Hi all,

Is the stud pattern the same all through the 911 years?

Specifically, i wish to establish if 993 17" wheels will go on my 76 911.

yes, 5x130 has been used on all 911/964/993

unless you have flared the car you are likely to have major fitment issues w/ those wheels on your car.

They will fit on the lugs, but the back spacing will likely be an issue. Wheels for your 76 will have a deep dish. The 993 wheels will likely need to have spacers so that they will fill the 76's wheel well outboard and not rub on the inner well.
