Please help me test a new feature of the website...

I'm experimenting with a new live-chat system here at Pelican. I think it's pretty cool. It's got a lot of really neat features, like the ability to browse along with the customer and show them stuff in the catalog.

I was wondering if anyone here would like to try this out:

[link disabled, done testing for tonight]

I'll be around for a little while working on it.

thx,

Wayne

Hi Wayne,
I just clicked on the "demo" workgroup and got a "sorry we're not available" message.

It was cool until I as shut out.

Wayne, RE: the red, white blue... The entire(little) window was white. Your name was blue, mine was red. Our text was black. Maybe you could tone down the white a little, but that's just me. Seems like the response was quick, no lag.

P.S.

Ed i just tried and it works fine here i,m using Firefox as a browser. It,s way faster than the old java client Wayne used before.

Wayne showed me a very cool feature for helping clients ! in chat he posted an url to click on and in this window he can show whatever he wants like parts pages and diagrams.

Nice job Wayne !

Cheers,

Ed

If you have ever been in Wayne's server room, you know to wear a parka.
