Quick question, removing the front turn signal parking light.

How do you go about removing the from turn signal driving light bulb, no the actual indicator (push and turn) but the one with the 4 prongs on it. It is highly corroded and the blub itself broke out and now im trying to get the base of it out.

So what is it? Just pull? Twist? Screw out? Anybody?...Bueller?

The front turn signal bulbs are a push and twist installation/removal. The twist seems to be just less than 90 degrees. Good luck with the broken base removal.

Push the base in with a screwdriver, and grip and gently turn the base outer edge with a pair of needlenose pliers. Easy does it so as not to just mangle the base.

Edit: Am I right, or am I missing something here?

Thanks guys! I got it out with a little PB and the twist and shout method, the little bugger was tough though. Unfortunately its not the light bulb, by the looks of it the bulb is not getting ground but out multi-meter turned out to have a fried fuse so we can verify that yet but anybody got any ideas on why its not grounding?

It was just working a couple days ago and I did clean up the terminals with some sandpaper and cleaner. Ideas?
