A 930/13 is a 78/79 3.0 SC ROW for Sportomatic specs same as 930/03.
930/03 is a 3.0 liter 180 hp (at 5500rpm) with 8.5:1 compression ratio; 188 lb/ft of torque (data taken from Bruce Anderson's bookPorsche 911 Performance handbook.) This site is also helpful...http://www.elferhelfer.com/fzident.htm# it is in German but you will figure out what you need to know.

I think I figured it out:

No idea. But looking at other motors, sounds about right. Good luck with that.
Stay in touch, perhaps join the local PCA Niagara Region and come out to a few events. We have a DE in October at Watkins Glen. Car or no car, come out and see what goes on at the track.  it's like giving candy to a baby...you never get enough.
