There's not much you can do to soften it up without swapping out components.

I have a through body Weltmeister anti roll bar on the front. The ride on my car was very harsh when i bought it.
I moved the link arms further out on the adjustment arms and this had the effect of softening the suspension.
Also adjusted the rear - Weltmeister as well.
They were almost hard against the stops when I bought the car.

You car being stock would have the non adjustable bar that is installed lower down outside the body.

I'm not sure if this helps.

A complete tire size is what I was looking for eg. 205/50 15.

But it looks like the problem is your car is too low. With stock tbars and that height, you are likely hitting the bump stops regularly. That makes for a very harsh ride.

Increase ride height or make suspension mods to allow you to safely run that low height.
