Burn the fire.

I'm seeking some help on this subject. I've done multiple MSD box installs, both with older systems that use points and newer systems with motronic. I have a friend wanting to upgrade to an MSD box but keep his pertronix ignitor II. I haven't found any usable results via search so I'm hoping someone else who has done it can shed some light. Usually I just put a new set of points in and check them every couple thousand miles.
Thanks, ~B

The MSD instructions spell out how to hook it up to a Pertronix Ignitor right on the back page.

Sorry, I should have elaborated. The MSD system I use is the Mallory Hyfire 6A/6AL. I haven't done one in a few months and as I recall the Mallory didn't have instructions for Pertronix/Compufire. Guess I'll have to check MSD's instructions for a working method. Thanks!
