The .pdf does not properly express the exciting moves from Patrick Long to win the race. I tried to explain in the race report on the set description on the Flickr page. (I also put the Flying Lizard report there.) I was not quick enough with the camera to get the BMW almost spinning Patrick out on the run off the hairpin onto the front stretch.

Wow those are some fantastic photos! I was unplugged for the weekend & was thrilled to get the results late Saturday night. I saw a highlights video today - what a run by Long to take the win!

Flieger;

Thanks for putting up the link to your photos. Nice shots !
I realized there were like 5 pages of photos when I scrolled down to the end of the race report. Nice shots of the winning Lizard car with the trophies on the top of the car.

I wish they would have shown the positions on a ticker on the jumbo-tron. All the announcers cared about was the Aston Martin vs. the other prototypes. The last 15 minutes the TV had only the LMP leaders and the announcers were silent.

At least I was able to keep track from my vantage point and listening to the Lizard radio. I understood the order after the crucial pit stop and then saw the pass for the win so I am happy.
